This pass includes all 10 workshops in the Rooted & Regulated series, held twice monthly from May through September.
Participating in the full series offers the opportunity to move slowly and intentionally through the seasons—building relationship with the land, the plants, and your own nervous system over time. Each workshop builds on the last, allowing for deeper learning, integration, and ease as practices become familiar.
Across the season, you’ll engage in hands-on herbalism, seasonal medicine making, somatic and embodied practices, and nervous system–informed mental health education. Working with the same land and plant communities throughout the months supports continuity, trust, and a felt sense of belonging.
The full series is especially supportive for those who want:
Ongoing, consistent nervous system support
A deeper relationship with medicinal plants and seasonal rhythms
Time to integrate practices gradually into daily life
Connection with a steady learning community
You’ll leave the season with a well-stocked home apothecary, practical tools for emotional regulation, and embodied practices that support resilience beyond the farm.
This series is offered as a gentle commitment—one that values pacing, relationship, and sustainable care.
We operate using a sliding scale payment system. This is the full cost of workshop registration. To learn more about our sliding scale system, you will find it on our Workshops Page
